Speedy delivery

Our flowers are of the best quality and always auction fresh. This means that we take delivery very seriously because we do not want to see our quality flowers damaged.

Bloomen.com sends its flowers with UPS. After placing the order you will get an E-mail confirmation with a tracking number to follow your package online through the UPS system. UPS delivers your package on working hours. When nobody is at home a card will be left in your mailbox and UPS will try to deliver the following day.

Delivery date will be calculated online during the order process.

Please remember..

..that flowers are precious and perishable items. We want to make sure that your flowers arrive in the best possible condition but we need your help with the following:

1. Please include any additional delivery instructions when ordering.
2. Please select a delivery address where the flowers can be cared for immediately.
3. Please note that we must have the full UK postcode for every delivery.
4. Please note that if there is no one present to take in the delivery the flowers will be left either on the door step or with a neighbour.
5. If there are any delivery problems we will contact the sender by ‘phone or email. 

It’s a long journey

After their journey your flowers will need a little bit of care and attention. So please read the instruction leaflet in the BloomBox, but above all else remember that the flowers will be thirsty.
