On Ordering Flowers Online

How do I order?

You can order online or by phone. Just dial 01482 212 348 or complete the on-line order form.  

By what time do I need to order to get next day delivery?

Weekdays, the order must reach us by 11am UK time for Bloomen.com to get your flowers to you the next day.On Saturdays, we must have your order by 09am for delivery on the following Tuesday. You can be sure that we will do everything in our power to get your delivery to you no the next working day.

Can I order for delivery on Saturday?

Yes, we can deliver to you on Saturdays, so your flowers are fresh for the dinner table that night.

Can I order for delivery on Sunday?

Sorry, we cannot do Sunday deliveries yet. Hopefully we will be able to in the not too distant future.

Can I order by ‘phone?

Certainly, you can order by phone. Just call 01482 212 348. Payment will be taken there and then from your card.

What guarantee do you offer?

We offer a 4 Day Freshness Guarantee. 

What happens if I am not happy with the flowers?

We aim to exceed our customers’ expectations so we are sure this will not be the case. But should you have any concerns at all please contact us either by email, info@bloomen.com, or by ‘phone on 01482 212 348. We believe that your happiness is our success, so please do not hesitate to contact us.

What happens if the recipient is not a home at the time of delivery?

If there is no one present to take in the delivery the flowers will be left either on the door step or with a neighbour.

Can deliveries be made to a business address or hospital?

Yes certainly. But do remember that some hospitals won’t accept flowers in certain wards. It’s always best to check first with the hospital before ordering.

Are deliveries in the morning or afternoon?

Unfortunately we cannot specify a time of delivery as the couriers plan routes based on demand so naturally they change daily. Deliveries will normally be made between 8am and 6pm, but in some circumstances they can be later in the day.

Is the delivery date guaranteed?

Bloomen.com will make every attempt to complete your delivery on the specified date but due to time differences a delivery on the following day is also possible.

When will the amount be charged to my account or credit card?

Bloomen.com charges on the day the flowers are ordered. All data is transferred based on a secure connection to ensure the safety of your personal information.

How do I know you have got my order?

When your order has been placed and accepted you will receive a confirmation screen. You will then be sent an e-mail confirming your order and delivery address. If you don’t receive this e-mail please telephone customer services on 01482 212 348.

How can I cancel/amend my order?

Simply by replying to our confirmation e-mail within one hour of receiving it.

What if I don’t receive an order confirmation by e-mail?

If you don’t receive a confirmation email within one hour of placing your order please telephone customer services on 01482 212 348

Can I pre-order weeks or months in advance?

Yes. We will accept orders up to 2 months in advance.

How do I re-order?

Can I have a different colour or arrangement to that illustrated?

Only the lead flower is shown on the website, the other flowers are subject of change but they will be in the same colour theme.

How often does your range change?

We change the assortment every two weeks.  Our Internet base makes us more flexible so we can react to market and seasonal conditions immediately giving you better value, quality, style and freshness.

Can I send a message with my order?

You can type any polite message you like, and this will be printed in a clear, legible and stylish font on our attractive message card.

Supposing I've got some lovely flowers but there is no message on them .. can I find out who they are from?

Unfortunately under the terms of the Data Protection Act we are not at liberty to disclose customer details held on our database.

Is the delivery charge extra?

Delivery is included as part of the order.

How do I know my flowers have arrived?

We will e-mail you confirmation when our couriers have confirmed delivery.

Can I order and pay later?

Sorry, not possible at the moment. You will need to give details of your payment method when you order and your card will be debited at the time of order.

Is it safe to order flowers online using my credit or charge card?

When you make a purchase online, be sure to look for the little lock icon on the bottom of your web browser to make sure that your personal information will be protected by secure encryption when it is sent over the internet. You can also check this by holding your cursor over the web page in question, clicking the right button on your mouse, and selecting "Properties". Then look to see that the web address shown starts with "https", because the "s" denotes a secure web server.
